Courtyard Tea Room

The licensed Courtyard Tea Room offers a range of light lunches, refreshments and delicious cream teas. We can seat up to 25 inside the tea room with additional seating in the Coach House as well as outdoor seating so that visitors can enjoy the Westcountry sunshine!

We offer a selection of sandwiches, light lunches and a homemade 'daily special' as well as speciality teas, coffees and cakes. We always have options on the menu to suit vegetarians too. For younger ones the children's lunchboxes are the popular choice, with a filled roll, packet of crisps, piece of fruit and a drink to satisfy their little appetites.

If you have a specific allergy please call us ahead of your visit or pop in when you arrive and we will do our best to cater for you. We have a selection of delicious gluten free cakes and tasty pies -  as the pies need to be prepared to order the more notice the better. The Tea Room inside is cosy, but has ramps to make it accessible to wheelchair users.

You are most welcome to bring your own picnic if you prefer and there are designated areas - by the lake or in the Secret Garden where you can relax and enjoy it. We would simply ask you not to feed the animals or birds.
