Powderham Castle is a truly magical place to hold your wedding reception. The Music Room, Dining Room and Libraries were originally built to create an impression and designed for lavish entertaining - they still create a very memorable setting today.

The Castle rooms are available to hire throughout the year and there are many different room hire combinations to suit your individual requirements. Powderham Castle is an extremely flexible venue for wedding receptions. We can cater from 2 to 170 guests and if you would like a larger occasion you can even put up a marquee in the Deer Park. The Wedding Show - South West
Saturday 28 February & Sunday 1 March

We are delighted to be hosting the wedding show of the year at Powderham Castle. An extensive range of first class wedding suppliers including photographers, caterers and florists will be on hand to showcase their talents and advise on how to make your special day most memorable. Seeing beautiful bridal gowns, tasting sparkling champagne and all in one of the most stunning settings in the South West, this will be a fabulous opportunity for all future brides to feel that initial excitement and thrill she will feel on her wedding day.
