Nordic Walking at the Castle every Tuesday in May!
New to the Castle, Nordic walking. Learn the technique and join regular Nordic walks.
Join a small group to Learn to Nordic Walk on a four-week course starting on Tuesday 4th May 3.30 - 4.30 pm.
Over the four weeks, we will work through the INWA 10 step method of Nordic Walking. You will work 90% of your skeletal muscles while walking in the beautiful American Garden. We walk at your pace. Meet new friends while having fun outside in the fresh air, connecting with nature. Brilliant for your mental and physical wellbeing.
Once you have mastered the technique join us on regular one hour weekly walks, a slower-paced walk around the American Garden and a faster walk with a hill up to The Belvedere Tower for far-reaching views across the Exe Estuary. We will decide which walks suits you best. Tuesdays from 2 - 3 pm, a small group of six people. Stay for a cup of tea from the Cafe.
