Let's Rock Exeter, Cancelled

22nd April, 2020

The Big Weekend

Dear Let’s Rockers,
A Personal Message from The Owners of Let’s Rock

“Following on from our previous updates we just wanted to send a personal message to you at this difficult and challenging time and would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding.

We have been waiting to see if we could make Let’s Rock Exeter work later in the year and now feel that this is not possible.

We want to provide you, our audience, with some certainty so we can now confirm that Lets Rock Exeter, which was scheduled for Saturday 27th June 2020 will now be postponed to Saturday 3rd July 2021 with the same great line up and venue. Unfortunately, just a year later than originally planned!

We ask that we work together in these uncertain times as our focus is to help keep the live event industry afloat, and keeping hold of your tickets for future shows helps to make this happen.

Our thoughts go out to each and every one of you.

UK Live is an independent music festival company owned by the same two people who started Let’s Rock the Moor in Cookham, Berkshire over 11 years ago. We have worked hard over the years to provide a great product for a sensible price to many thousands of loyal 80’s fans. With your help we have also raised over £750,000 for charities since we started. Child Bereavement being one of our main charity partners, who you will always see floating around at the festivals, are very grateful to all that have contributed to this wonderful cause.

We hope you can make the rescheduled event and your original tickets will remain valid so you don’t need to do a thing. If you can’t make the new postponed date for Lets Rock Exeter, each ticket will be transferable to any Let’s Rock Festival of your choice in 2021 or 2022. We are working closely with our ticketing partners and they will be in touch with you in the next 24 hours via email.

RESCHEDULED DATE
Let’s Rock Exeter Saturday, 3rd July 2021

If we don’t hear from you by 28th April 2020 we will assume you can make the rescheduled date.

We would like to say a huge thank you to you – our audience – for your loyalty and understanding during these exceptional times. The entire Let’s Rock team including all the amazing artists, musicians, crew, backstage and volunteers have worked tirelessly with us to make sure we can still deliver an amazing event albeit later than planned.
Please stay safe Lets Rockers and we hope to see you all in 2021”
