GTO & Coach Info

We are happy to offer free advanced visits for Group Tour Organisers, to familiarise yourself with Powderham and all that we offer. Please contact our team to arrange this in advance. Whenever possible our Groups Manager would be happy to meet with you on that visit.

Please complete our booking enquiry form online. Once this is received a member of our team will confirm the date and time of your visit. If you can’t complete the form online email groups@powderham.co.uk or call us on 01626 890 243 and we will help you with this.

Once the details are confirmed a £30 booking fee is due. Only once this is paid is your booking confirmed. This booking fee is non-refundable, however it is deducted from your invoice prior to arrival.

We will contact you again 2 weeks prior to your visit to confirm final numbers. At this point we will request payment for the full cost of your visit. Payment can be made via card payment (online or over the phone) or via BACs.

Group pricing is only applicable for groups of 15+ people.

Timings do vary, please ensure you have mentioned any time restrictions when booking, and again on arrival. We’ll do everything we can to meet your requirements. Due to room sizes, and how voices carry, we sometimes split groups to tour sizes of 35 to ensure everyone has the best possible experience.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel more than two weeks prior to your visit there is no cancellation charge. Cancellation 1-2 weeks prior will receive a 50% refund of the invoice. Cancellation with less than a weeks notice will result in no refund.

We have a dedicated coach park, with spaces for up to 4 coaches. There is no height restriction. Access via the main visitor car park, with a drop-off point beside the Welcome Centre entrance.

There is additional coach parking at the Powderham Country Stores. We are unable to allow any overnight parking.

The Courtyard Cafe

Our on-site café offers a range of light lunches, refreshments and delicious cream teas, including vegetarian and vegan options. We can seat up to 20 inside the Café or up to 30 in the Coach House. We have an exclusive groups menu, available only as a pre-booked option.

Powderham Farm Shop and Bistro

Powderham Farm Shop and Bistro is located at the top of the drive. Please note, they are independently managed businesses and operate independent opening hours. To find out more please call 01626 891 883 or visit their website.

Private Dinners

Make your visit memorable and enjoy a private dinner at Powderham. Canapés and a two course dinner start from £49.50 per person. Please speak to our team about creating a tour and dinner experience for your group.

Bespoke Catering

As part of a bespoke experience we can offer lunches, afternoon teas, picnics, or seasonal specialities. We have a dedicated Food & Beverage Coordinator if you wish to discuss options.
