Every member will receive both a digital and physical membership card in their welcome pack. You can present either of these on arrival or at the till points for discounts. Please note, your pass is non-transferrable and we may ask to see a proof of ownership on arrival.
To help reduce waste, our membership cards do not have expiry dates printed on them. Your online account will show the expiry date, or our team can check for you. If your pass has expired on arrival our team will be happy to renew your membership for you.
