Member’s Event – Forest Bathing with Rise and Rewild

Rise & Rewild is based at Powderham Castle, and offers friendly, gentle walks through the beautiful Powderham Estate woodlands, based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or ‘forest bathing’. A forest bathe immerses walkers in the calming beauty of nature, offering a time to slow down and enjoy the present moment. Join us for an introduction to Forest Bathing in the American Garden to find out more about this gentle practice, and experience all the stress-relieving benefits that nature immersion brings. Walk level is easy, dress for the weather with comfortable footwear to walk in.

Please note participants must be over 18 to attend. We have limited availability for this event, and tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
