We are delighted to have the Exe Nordic Walking groups out and about in the Castle grounds on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The friendly groups enjoy connecting with nature through the changing seasons. Taking time to look after their social, mental and physical wellbeing.
The walk ends with refreshments at The Courtyard Cafe.
Workshops to learn basic techniques are held most Tuesday afternoons. These are for locals and visitors to Devon.
Visiting Nordic walkers are welcome to book a place on a walk, bring your poles or hire a pair.
Timings: (every week)
Tuesday Walks 08.30 am – 09.30 am and 10.30 am – 11.30 am £7 pp Workshop 14.00 pm – 16.00 pm £27 pp
Thursday Walk 10.00 am £7 pp
